About me
Hi, I have 15+ years of experience in international marketing, leading growth and marketing initiatives across 30+ countries in Europe, the US, and global markets.

My background is primarily in DTC, eCommerce, and consumer-facing businesses, where I’ve owned marketing end-to-end — from market research and positioning to acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.

I’ve repeatedly been responsible for scaling key marketing metrics with a direct impact on revenue.

For example, for a U.S.-based DTC medical eCommerce brand (IVConcierge), I built the online store and marketing system from scratch, managing paid media budgets of ~$60K/month and scaling monthly revenue to ~$300K.

For a fashion & activewear DTC brand (Be-Everything), I increased website conversion from 0.48% to 4.75%, grew AOV by 63%, reduced CAC by 6x, and increased total orders more than fourfold.

The result I’m most proud of is building repeatable growth systems that deliver sustainable revenue, not one-off spikes.

Alongside performance growth, I have strong experience in branding and visual communication. I’ve worked on brand positioning, offer architecture, creative strategy, and visual consistency across websites, paid media, social channels, and product launches.

My approach combines data with brand thinking: ensuring that creatives, messaging, and UX support both conversion goals and long-term brand equity.

In terms of execution, I work very closely with performance marketing, analytics, and sales teams.

I build clear KPI frameworks (CAC, LTV, ROMI, funnel conversion), ensure transparent reporting, and use analytics to guide prioritization and experimentation.

I collaborate with sales and operations to align demand generation with capacity, pricing, and revenue targets, ensuring marketing efforts translate into real business growth.

I’ve led and scaled remote and hybrid teams of up to 25 people, including marketers, designers, analysts, and external partners. I take an entrepreneurial, ownership-driven approach and focus on initiatives that can realistically deliver 2x–10x return on marketing investment.
